If there are too many requirements, on the other hand, employees won’t be flexible in the similar situation.
Perhaps, such balance of requirements and rights is a lead of problems of the holiday period. At least, it is possible to smooth over contradictions. If company expresses a wish to go into the schedule work with the employees, they will make concessions more readily.
